Our Story
Heart Bake was created out of the love for baking in my family for many generations. From my great grandmother baking Challah well into her nineties, to my grandma and her famous carrot cake, to my mom and her many treats. My first memory in the kitchen is sitting in the counter while my mom was teaching me to make Hello Dolly. 30 years later it is still one of my most asked for desserts. Thanks to friends and family and the many requests for baked goods, I decided to share my love for baking with you all and leave a legacy to pass onto the next generation.

Our chocolate chip cookies are decadent and rich. They are soft and have a delicious texture. The chocolate to dough ratio is perfection; the taste is chocolaty but not overpowering. This cookie will make your mouth water by just looking at it!
Blueberry Scones

Our incomparable scones are nothing short of the perfect home baked goods. We incorporate the use of fresh blueberries, with the ocasional seasonal flavor, with our dough; which is soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside. Our simple but sweet icing brings out the fruit flavor. We can guarantee you, once you try them, you will not want to have any other scone but ours!

Our chocolate cake has an airy and fluffy texture while still having an amazing and not too sweet chocolaty flavor. The icing is sweet and reminiscent of a light fudge. The perfect balance between flavor and texture! Just one bite and you will be in love!

Our carrot cake has a special story. Our recipe has been passed down from generation to generation and it’s made for happy family get togethers. The nuts add a nice crunch to the fluffy texture while the carrots contribute to the already fresh and sweet taste.
